Cookie policy
What we store in your browser, why, and how to clear it.
1. What we use
This site is deliberately light on tracking. Cookies and local storage are used to help provide a better browsing experience — keeping you logged into your account, remembering basket contents, improving website functionality, and measuring website performance.
We use strictly necessary storage only, unless and until the site owner adds analytics or advertising, at which point a consent banner must be added and this policy updated.
2. Strictly necessary
- Authentication tokens — keep you signed in to your account. Stored in your browser by our authentication provider.
- Basket contents — stored locally in your browser so your basket survives a page refresh. Never sent anywhere until you check out.
- Recently viewed and wishlist (signed out) — stored locally in your browser for convenience.
Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, but you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
3. Analytics
We use analytics cookies only where you have provided consent. They are blocked until you click “Accept analytics” on the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by clearing the choice below or using the banner again. The analytics providers are:
- Google Analytics 4 — Measurement ID G-X342D1J7JQ. Measures how visitors navigate the site, which pages are viewed, and how the shop and checkout are used. Helps us improve the website and understand product demand. It receives usage, device and interaction information necessary to provide analytics. Google’s privacy policy applies.
- Microsoft Clarity — Project ID y28np2zrt1. Records anonymised session replays and heatmaps showing how visitors interact with pages, so we can identify usability issues. Sensitive pages (checkout, auth, account, orders, contact forms, etc.) are masked from recordings to help protect personal information. Microsoft’s privacy policy applies.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
4. Third parties
Our payment provider and hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies as part of processing your order and securing the site. Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.
5. Managing storage
Every major browser lets you view and delete cookies and site data. Clearing this site's data will sign you out and empty your basket.
