In these Terms, "KPeptides", "we", "us" and "our" means Another Hype Ltd trading as KPeptides, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC839070, whose registered office is 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN, United Kingdom. KPeptides is a trading name and brand of Another Hype Ltd; it is not itself a separate incorporated company. Contact email admin@kpeptides.uk. The business is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices and no VAT invoice can be issued.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

KPeptides supplies research compounds strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Our products are not sold for human consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, cosmetic use, food use, supplement use, household use, or any form of administration to humans or animals.

Another Hype Ltd (trading as KPeptides) is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, clinic, medical supplier, or manufacturer of medicines. Our products are supplied as research materials only and must be handled only by suitably qualified individuals or organisations in appropriate laboratory or analytical settings. You must read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility to purchase

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• you are purchasing on behalf of yourself or a legitimate organisation;
• you are suitably qualified, experienced, or authorised to handle research compounds;
• you understand the nature and risks associated with laboratory research compounds;
• you will use the products only for lawful laboratory research or analytical purposes;
• you will not use, consume, administer, inject, ingest, inhale, apply, or otherwise introduce the products into humans or animals;
• you will not resell, relabel, advertise, or represent the products for human or animal use;
• you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements and professional standards.

We reserve the right to refuse service, request further information, cancel orders, limit quantities, or suspend access where we believe these conditions are not met.

3. Research-use-only restriction

All products sold by KPeptides are supplied strictly for research use only. Our products are not intended for:

• human consumption;
• animal consumption;
• medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or veterinary use;
• cosmetic, food or supplement use;
• household use;
• administration to humans or animals;
• self-experimentation;
• resale for prohibited use;
• any unlawful, unsafe or unauthorised purpose.

By purchasing from us, you agree that all products will only be used in controlled laboratory, analytical, or research environments by suitably qualified individuals. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transport and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. No medical, scientific or technical advice

Nothing on our website, product pages, labels, Certificates of Analysis, emails, messages or other communications constitutes medical, scientific, technical, laboratory, dosing, safety, therapeutic, diagnostic or professional advice. Any information provided by KPeptides is for general product identification and research-reference purposes only.

You must not rely on any information from KPeptides as a substitute for professional, scientific, legal, regulatory, medical or laboratory advice. We do not provide guidance on human or animal use, dosage, administration, effects, benefits, outcomes or treatment.

5. Product status and regulatory position

Products supplied by KPeptides are not medicines, medical devices, healthcare products, food products, supplements, cosmetics or veterinary products. Products are not supplied for use in the diagnosis, prevention, treatment or cure of any disease, condition, injury or health issue.

No product supplied by KPeptides should be interpreted as approved, licensed or authorised for human or animal use. It is your responsibility to ensure that any product purchased from us is lawful for your intended research purpose and location.

6. Product information

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, batch information and website content are accurate and up to date. However:

• product images are for illustrative purposes only;
• packaging and presentation may vary;
• batch information may change;
• availability may change without notice;
• product specifications may vary between batches;
• website content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

We do not guarantee that website content is always complete, current or error-free. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it, update information, cancel an order or issue a refund where appropriate.

7. Batch testing, verification and COAs

Where stated, products may be independently analysed and supported by Certificates of Analysis (COAs) or other batch documentation. COAs and analytical results are provided for transparency and research-reference purposes only. You understand and agree that:

• COAs apply only to the specific batch tested;
• COAs do not apply to any other batch, product or future supply;
• COAs should be interpreted only by suitably qualified individuals;
• COAs do not make products suitable for human or animal use;
• COAs do not change the research-use-only restriction;
• COAs are not medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or safety approvals;
• COAs are not a guarantee of performance, outcome, suitability or fitness for any particular research purpose;
• analytical results may vary depending on laboratory method, handling, storage, testing conditions and sample preparation.

We do not guarantee that your own independent testing will produce identical results to any COA or published analytical data. Testing data reflects the sample and batch at the point of analysis only. After release, proper storage, handling and use are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. No guarantee of suitability or outcome

All products are supplied "as is" and "as available" for laboratory research purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, representations or guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, suitability for any specific research method or application, expected results or outcomes, compatibility with any process, protocol, equipment or study, uninterrupted availability, or merchantability, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your lawful research purpose.

9. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and review. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, limit quantities, request verification or further information, refuse repeat orders, suspend or block customer accounts, and cancel orders where misuse, risk, fraud or breach of these Terms is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.

10. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated and are verified on our server at the point of checkout; prices submitted by a browser are never trusted. Prices may change at any time. Delivery costs, taxes or other charges may be added at checkout where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We are not obliged to honour pricing errors, technical errors, discount errors or incorrect promotional pricing, and may cancel and refund an affected order.

11. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or events outside our control. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided or otherwise marked as delivered by the courier. Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received. If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, returned, delayed or lost because of incorrect information provided by you, additional charges may apply.

12. Inspection on delivery

You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If items are damaged, missing, incorrect or visibly compromised, you must contact us within 48 hours at admin@kpeptides.uk with clear evidence, including photographs of the item and packaging.

13. Returns condition

Returned items must be unused, unopened, sealed and in original condition. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK law.

14. Returns and refunds

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, not as described or incorrect, you may be entitled to remedies under UK consumer law. For non-fault returns, products must be unused, unopened, sealed, undamaged, uncontaminated, returned in original packaging, and returned only after approval and instructions from us.

We may refuse returns where products have been opened, handled, altered, stored incorrectly, damaged, contaminated or otherwise compromised. Refunds, replacements or credits will be issued where applicable and at our discretion, subject to your statutory rights. Delivery charges may not be refundable except where required by law.

14.1 Consumer cancellation rights (distance selling)

Where you buy as a consumer rather than for business or research purposes, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of the day you (or a carrier you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us in a clear statement by email to admin@kpeptides.uk before that period ends. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us, and you are responsible for the cost of return unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We will refund the price paid, plus the standard (least expensive) delivery cost we offer, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving evidence that you have sent them. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

These cancellation rights do not apply where sealed goods are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken after delivery, or where goods are made to your specification. Because our products are supplied as sealed laboratory reagents, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned under this right.

Where you buy in the course of a business, trade, profession or research activity, these cancellation rights do not apply and section 24 governs your purchase.

15. Refusal or cancellation by us

We may refuse, cancel or restrict orders where:

• products are unavailable;
• pricing or listing errors occur;
• payment fails or is reversed;
• fraud or misuse is suspected;
• prohibited use is suspected;
• eligibility cannot be verified;
• these Terms are breached;
• an order presents legal, safety, regulatory, reputational or operational risk.

If payment has already been taken and we cancel the order, we will issue a refund where appropriate.

16. Storage, handling and use

You are fully responsible for the safe and lawful storage, handling, transport and use of all products after delivery. You agree that all products will be handled only by suitably qualified individuals using appropriate facilities, equipment, procedures and safety controls. You are responsible for safe handling, appropriate storage, contamination prevention, record keeping, disposal, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring access only by qualified personnel, and preventing misuse, diversion or unauthorised use.

We do not provide laboratory protocols, dosing guidance, handling advice, safety advice or medical advice. All use of products is at your sole risk.

17. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use products for human or animal consumption;
• administer products to humans or animals;
• inject, ingest, inhale, apply or otherwise use products on or in the body;
• use products for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, food, supplement or veterinary purposes;
• resell products for prohibited purposes;
• relabel products in a misleading way;
• advertise products for human or animal use;
• make medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, performance or health claims about our products;
• misuse the website or attempt to bypass purchase restrictions;
• provide false information;
• breach any applicable law or regulation.

Any suspected breach may result in order cancellation, account suspension, refusal of service, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

18. Resale and onward supply

Products may not be resold, redistributed, relabelled, repackaged, advertised or supplied onward for human use, animal use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, cosmetic use, food use, supplement use, or any unlawful purpose. If you resell, transfer or supply products onward, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, labelling requirements, safety obligations and customer communications. You agree not to use KPeptides branding, COAs, product descriptions, images or documentation in a misleading or unauthorised manner.

19. Customer responsibility and assumption of risk

By purchasing from KPeptides, you acknowledge that research compounds may present risks if mishandled, misused, improperly stored, or used by unqualified individuals. You assume full responsibility and all risk arising from purchase, possession, storage, handling, use, transport, disposal, onward transfer, and misuse by you or any third party after delivery.

You agree that KPeptides is not responsible for any loss, harm, damage, injury, misuse, unlawful use, regulatory breach or adverse consequence arising from your handling, storage, use or onward supply of products.

20. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, logos, design elements and other materials are owned by or licensed to Another Hype Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, republish or use our content without prior written permission, or use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, resale authority or approval unless expressly agreed in writing.

21. Website availability and accuracy

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access to the website. We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We are not liable for temporary website unavailability, technical issues, typographical errors or third-party platform issues.

22. Third-party links and services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, courier services, testing laboratories or other external services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, errors, delays, policies or decisions. Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

23. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic losses;
• we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, data, reputation, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• we are not liable for misuse, unlawful use, unsafe handling, improper storage or unauthorised use of products;
• we are not liable for research outcomes, failed experiments, incompatibility or unsuitability for a specific application;
• we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control;
• our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

These limitations apply whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation or otherwise.

24. Business users

If you purchase as a business, organisation, laboratory, institution, professional buyer, reseller or on behalf of any non-consumer entity, you agree that you are purchasing in the course of business or professional activity; consumer cancellation rights may not apply; you are responsible for ensuring your staff, agents, contractors and end users comply with these Terms; you are responsible for all regulatory, safety, legal and professional obligations connected to the products; we exclude all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law; and our liability is limited as set out in these Terms.

25. Indemnity

If you purchase for business, professional, institutional, organisational, resale or non-consumer purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Another Hype Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors and suppliers against any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, legal fees, regulatory actions or third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, unlawful use, unsafe handling or storage, resale or onward supply, misleading claims made by you, use outside controlled research environments, breach of applicable laws or regulations, or use by your staff, agents, contractors, customers or end users.

26. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, strikes, customs delays, supply chain issues, regulatory changes, extreme weather, technical failures, payment provider issues, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest or acts of government.

27. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed for purposes including order fulfilment, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, compliance and record keeping.

28. Communications

By placing an order or contacting us, you agree that we may contact you by email regarding your order, account, delivery, compliance, customer service or legal matters. Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by law and may be unsubscribed from where applicable.

29. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our privacy policy, cookie policy, shipping policy, refund policy, Research Use Only notice and any other policies referenced on our website, form the entire agreement between you and Another Hype Ltd regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.

30. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

31. Waiver

Failure by Another Hype Ltd to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

32. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order unless changes are required by law.

33. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, email admin@kpeptides.uk with your order reference and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and to resolve them within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction and you bought as a consumer, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution provider; nothing here limits your right to bring a claim in court.

34. Governing law and jurisdiction

Another Hype Ltd is registered in Scotland. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by Scots law, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights.
