1. Status of the products

Research Use Only. All products supplied by this website are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not medicines, food, cosmetics or consumer products, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection or any form of administration.

KPeptides is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, clinic, medical supplier or manufacturer of medicines. Products are supplied as research materials only and must be handled only by suitably qualified individuals or organisations in appropriate laboratory or analytical settings.

2. No medical or therapeutic claims

Nothing on this website is a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents or mitigates any disease or condition, or has any effect on the structure or function of the human or animal body. No product listed here holds a marketing authorisation, and no statement on this site should be read as suggesting approval, licensing or authorisation by the MHRA or any other regulator.

3. Who may purchase

• Purchasers must be aged 18 or over and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Purchasers must be suitably qualified, experienced or authorised to handle research compounds, or acting on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or organisation competent to do so.
• Purchasers are responsible for ensuring the material is handled, stored, transported and disposed of in accordance with applicable law and their own institutional safety procedures.

4. Prohibited uses

Products must not be used for, or in connection with:

• human or animal consumption, or self-experimentation;
• injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application or any other form of administration;
• medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or veterinary use;
• food, feed, supplement or cosmetic manufacture;
• household use;
• resale, relabelling, repackaging or advertising for any of those purposes;
• any unlawful, unsafe or unauthorised purpose.

Purchasers must not repackage or relabel products in a way that removes or obscures the Research Use Only designation, and must not make medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, performance or health claims about our products.

5. Certificates of Analysis

Where provided, Certificates of Analysis are supplied for transparency and research-reference purposes only. A COA applies only to the specific batch tested, should be interpreted only by suitably qualified individuals, does not make a product suitable for human or animal use, does not change this Research Use Only restriction, and is not a medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or safety approval. Analytical results may vary depending on laboratory method, handling, storage, testing conditions and sample preparation.

6. Acknowledgement at checkout

Before an order can be completed, you are asked to confirm that you have read and accepted this notice and that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research purposes only. That acknowledgement is recorded against your order.

7. No advice

We do not provide laboratory protocols, dosage guidance, administration protocols, handling or safety advice, or medical, veterinary or scientific advice of any kind. Any enquiry seeking such information will be declined.

8. Assumption of risk

Research compounds may present risks if mishandled, misused, improperly stored or used by unqualified individuals. You assume full responsibility and all risk arising from purchase, possession, storage, handling, use, transport, disposal, onward transfer and any misuse after delivery.

9. Enforcement

We may refuse service, request further information, cancel orders, limit quantities or suspend accounts where we believe these conditions are not met, and where appropriate report matters to the relevant authorities.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Another Hype Ltd accepts no liability for any use of a product outside the scope of this notice. Nothing in this notice limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
